How do I upgrade my Site24x7 account? :: Version6.6

Upgrading your existing Site24x7 account is very simple. The following article will guide you through the process.

Upgrade Site24x7 account

To upgrade account

  • Choose a plan that suits you best and click Upgrade Now. You will be routed to the Upgrade page.


The following actions are possible under the Upgrade page.

  • Select your required monitors from the Type drop down. 

  • Select your desired polling interval under Frequency and number of web transactions under Steps in case of Web Application Monitor.

  • You can choose your desired number of monitors under Count and also required number of Locations.

  • Under No of sub-users enter the number of sub-users you want to give access to. For Enterprise users, 5 sub-users will be added without any charge. Any further additions will attract additional charge.

  • Your Total Cost/Month will be calculated according to the price plan.

  • Subscribe for an Alert Pack from the drop down list. Click here to read more about Alert Packs.

  • Calculate the charges and click Buy to proceed.



 


  • You will be routed to Billing Details page.

  • Choose your Payment Option (PayPal/Credit Card/PO) from the drop down list and specify the details accordingly.

  • Click Buy to confirm the payment and upgrade the account.




Upgrade via Add Credits option

Add Credits option allow you to purchase credits in advance so that you won't stand the risk of suspended monitoring for lack of credits. With Add Credits option, you can go ahead and add new Monitors at any time without having to worry about whether you have the sufficient balance to add those New monitors.
With our pay-as-you-go pricing policy, you will be charged only for what you use.

To upgrade using Add Credits option, navigate to Account > Add Credits


Types of Payment

You can upgrade your Site24x7 account using Visa, MasterCard , American Express, Discover, PayPal and Purchase Order (PO). An invoice will be emailed to you irrespective of the mode of payment.


Note:

  1. Subscriptions made through credit card will be renewed automatically.

  2. For PO transactions, the minimum transaction amount should be 100USD . You can pay through cheque, wire transfer or credit card.

  3. For PayPal transactions you should have a valid PayPal account.

     

To choose your mode of payment,

     
  1. Navigate to Billing Details page after completing your Upgrade requirements.

  2. Choose your mode of payment from the drop down list against Payment Options.
